On Wednesday night, T.J. House (1-3) will be hoping that he can pick up his first win since July 5 when the Cleveland Indians face veteran Ricky Nolasco (5-8) and the Minnesota Twins.

In his last start for the Indians, T.J. House pitched six innings against the Cincinnati Reds on the road and ended up taking the loss. He allowed four runs (three earned) on eight base hits in that outing while striking out five batters and walking one. Through 12 starts this season, House has a 4.13 ERA and he has struck out 44 batters in 61 innings.

Twins third baseman Trevor Plouffe has one hit in two at-bats against House in his career with a double and an RBI. None of the Twins have faced House more than three times.

Ricky Nolasco had another rough outing last Friday when he was beaten by the Kansas City Royals at home. He gave up five earned runs in six innings of work that day while walking one batter and striking out three. On the year, Nolasco has a 5.99 ERA and he has given up 147 hits in his 109.2 innings on the mound.

Indians infielder Mike Aviles is 5-for-8 against Nolasco in his career with a double, a home run and three RBI. Carlos Santana is 0-for-4 against him with two walks and two strikeouts.
