Target Field will host a showdown between two teams from the American League Central when the Minnesota Twins welcome the Chicago White Sox to town. The White Sox will turn to right-hander Hector Noesi (8-9) to get the start while the home team will send left-hander Tommy Milone (6-4) to the mound.

Noesi, the 27-year-old native of the Dominican Republic, is pitching in his 4^th season in the Majors and is with the 3^rd team of the 2014 season. He began the season with the Seattle Mariners before being acquired by the Texas Rangers. He would appear in just three games with the Rangers before being added to the White Sox roster. Since coming to Chicago, he has been consistent, going 8-8 with a 4.30 ERA. He won't strike out a lot of players and has too many walks, but he gives his team a chance to win every 5^th day. Against current members of the Twins, he has allowed 15 hits in 63 at-bats with 2 home runs allowed.

Milone began the season with the Oakland Athletics but was shipped to Minnesota at the trade deadline and things couldn't have been going any worse for him. In 4 starts, he has allowed 15 earned runs in 17 innings and has gone 0-1. In his past 2 starts, the Twins have gone 2-0 and have won by a combined score of 31-11, but he hasn't factored into the decision.
