Felipe Paulino is coming off a solid start for the Chicago White Sox and will be hoping to get his first win of the season when he takes on Jordan Lyles and the Colorado Rockies on Monday night.

Felipe Paulino made his first start for the White Sox last Wednesday and did pretty well. He was only able to go 5.2 innings due to a high pitch count, but he gave up just one earned run on seven hits while striking out six. It was certainly a game that he can build on after being out of the majors for two years.

Paulino has faced shortstop Troy Tulowitzki more than any other player on the Rockies, giving up four hits and striking him out five times in 12 career matchups. Drew Stubbs and Michael Cuddyer have both hit a home run off of Paulino in their careers.

Jordan Lyles was able to pick up the win against the Marlins in his first start, but he didn't pitch well in the game. He went five innings and gave up four earned runs on five hits while striking out five. His offense was able to pick him up, though, by scoring six runs.

No one on the current Rockies' roster has been able to get an extra-base hit off of Lyles yet, but both Leury Garcia and Alejandro De Aza are 2-for-3 against him in their careers.
