On Sunday, big right-hander Jacob Turner (5-11) and the Chicago Cubs will face off against Milwaukee Brewers starter Mike Fiers (6-4), who has lost his last two starts.

Jacob Turner lost his third start in a row last Sunday when he was beaten by the Los Angeles Dodgers at home. He gave up five runs (four earned) in five innings of work that day while walking no one and striking out three. Turner now has a high 6.25 ERA on the year and he has given up 144 hits in 108 innings.

Brewers outfielder Khris Davis has two hits in five at-bats against Turner with a double and a solo home run and no strikeouts. Third baseman Aramis Ramirez is hitless in five at-bats against him in his career with one walk and one strikeout.

In his last start, Mike Fiers lost his second start in a row when he was defeated by the Cincinnati Reds on the road. The right-hander pitched five innings in that start and gave up two runs on four base hits while striking out three hitters and walking one. Fiers still has a very good 1.92 ERA on the season and he has only given up 5.5 hits per nine innings.

Cubs shortstop Starlin Castro is 2-for-6 against Fiers in his career with a walk and a double. Rookie Javier Baez is hitless in three at-bats against him with no walks and three strikeouts.
