On Wednesday, Joe Kelly (0-0) will be making his first start for the Boston Red Sox when they take on Shelby Miller (8-8) and the St. Louis Cardinals.

In his last start with the Cardinals, Joe Kelly gave up four runs in five innings work to the San Diego Padres and ended up losing his second game of the season. New Red Sox outfielder Yoenis Cespedes has faced Miller once in his career and got a single off of him. The rest of the Cardinals will be going up against Miller for the first time on Wednesday night.
