On Thursday, July 24, the Baltimore Orioles will travel to Safeco Field to take on the Seattle Mariners in an American League battle. The Orioles will have Wei-Yin Chen (10-3, 4.21) take the mound opposite Hisashi Iwakuma (8-4, 2.95).

On Sunday Chen pitched five innings against the Oakland Athletics giving up three runs while striking out four and earning his 10^th win of the season. It was his third straight win and he'll hope his run support will stay steady against a tough Seattle team.

Iwakuma last pitched on Friday against the Los Angeles Angeles in a game where we pitched seven innings giving up 2 runs and striking out three for the no-decision. Before that, Iwakuma had tallied three straight wins striking out 25 over that period.
