Saturday afternoon, the Baltimore Orioles will take the field behind Bud Norris as they face the New York Yankees and Vidal Nuno.  Norris will make his 14th start as Nuno makes his 12th start and 15th appearance.

Vidal Nuno lost his last start and that dropped his record to 1 – 3 with an ERA of 5.90.  The last time out, Nuno was torched for 8 runs and 8 hits (including 2 homers) in just 3 innings of work.  He walked a batter while striking 2.  Nuno has been less than impressive for the Yankees and his results this season are not much better than last season when he was 1 – 2 with a 2.25 ERA in just 3 starts and 2 relief appearances.

In 2013, Nuno was 0 - 1 in just a relief appearance against the Orioles.  This season, Nuno was lit up by Baltimore and he took a loss after giving up 7 runs and 8 hits (including 2 homers) in just 3.1 innings.
