The Atlanta Braves will have Mike Minor pitching for them on Tuesday night when they go up against Ryan Vogelsong and the San Francisco Giants.

Mike Minor's second start of the season was not a good one as he was only able to go 4.1 innings and was beaten by the St. Louis Cardinals. He He gave up six earned runs in that start on 11 hits while striking out six and walking two. Minor is now 0-2 with a 6.97, but one good start could make his stats look a lot better.

Michael Morse has shown that he can hit Minor in the past by going 6-for-12 against him with two doubles and a home run. Minor has done well against Angel Pagan, though, by holding him to just two hits in 11 at-bats.

Ryan Vogelsong made his seventh start of the season last week against the Los Angeles Dodgers and picked up his fifth no decision of the year. He definitely deserved the win, though, as he was able to go 7.1 innings in that game and gave up just one run on five hits while striking out two and walking two. He is now 1-1 on the season with a 3.93 ERA.

Justin Upton hasn't hit a home run off of Vogelsong, but he is 6-for-19 against him with two doubles, a triple and two RBI.
