Veteran right-hander Aaron Harang (9-6) will be hoping to extend his undefeated streak to eight games when the Atlanta Braves take on Tyson Ross (10-10) and the San Diego Padres on Sunday afternoon.

On Tuesday, Aaron Harang pitched six innings against the Los Angeles Dodgers and ended up with a no decision. He allowed four runs on nine hits in that start while walking one batter and striking out three. Harang has only given up nine home runs in 136.1 innings of work this year and currently has a 3.43 ERA.

Infielder Chris Nelson has four hits in 10 at-bats against Harang with two doubles, a triple and two RBI. Will Venable has hit a home run off of Harang in his career, but he is just 3-for-20 overall against him.

All-Star Tyson Ross was able to win his third consecutive game on Tuesday by defeating the St. Louis Cardinals at home. He gave up just one run in six innings that day and struck out seven batters while walking five. He has a very good 2.60 ERA this year and he has struck out 150 hitters in 148.2 innings.

Braves outfielder B.J. Upton has three hits in seven plate appearances against Ross with two doubles and two RBI. All of the other Braves will be going up against Ross for the first time on Sunday afternoon.
