Rookie Chase Anderson (8-6) will try to start just his second winning streak of the season on Saturday night when he and the Arizona Diamondbacks face off against Zack Greinke (13-8) and the Los Angeles Dodgers.

Chase Anderson had a solid start against the Colorado Rockies last Sunday and was able to pick up the win. He gave up just one run in six innings of work that day while striking out eight batters and walking zero. Anderson now has a 3.75 ERA on the year and he has struck out 89 hitters in 98.1 innings of work.

Dodgers outfielder Yasiel Puig has been able to hit a home run off of Anderson, but that was his only hit against him in six at-bats. Matt Kemp is 3-for-5 against him in his career with a double and a home run.

Zack Greinke pitched eight strong innings against the San Diego Padres last week, but all he could get out of that start was a no decision. He gave up just one run on four hits in that game while walking two batters and striking out eight. Greinke now has a 2.72 ERA on the season and he has struck out 182 batters in 172.1 innings.

Diamondbacks catcher Miguel Montero is 9-for-36 against Greinke in his career with two doubles.
