On Thursday night, Wade Miley will be hoping to pick up his first win since early May when the Arizona Diamondbacks face Scott Feldman and the Houston Astros.

Lefty Wade Miley had a good game against the Atlanta Braves last weekend, but all he could get out of it was a no decision. He allowed just one earned run on six hits in that outing while striking out five and walking no one. Miley has a 3-6 record this year with a 4.57 ERA, but he has struck out nearly eight batters per nine innings.

First baseman Jesus Guzman has faced Miley more than any of the other Astros and he is 7-for-20 against him with two doubles, a home run and six RBI.

Scott Feldman lost his second consecutive game last Saturday when he was only able to make it through 1.2 innings, which is by far his shortest outing of the season. He allowed just one hit in that game, but he walked two and let in three unearned runs. On the season, Feldman is 3-4 wand has only struck out 27 hitters in 54.2 innings of work.

Diamondbacks second baseman Aaron Hill has been able to hit a home run off of Feldman, but he is just 5-for-21 against him overall with three strikeouts. Gerardo Parra is 0-for-7 against him with no walks and two strikeouts.
