These 2 events are the most important preliminary races leading up to the Kentucky Derby. The results of each race help dictate a portion of the field at Churchill Downs.

The Kentucky Derby may be the most famous horse race of them all but the BEST value is in all of the Kentucky Derby prep races before the big event.  Raphael Ezparza; Former Race and Sports Book Director from the Aria Resort and Casino in Las Vegas, has all the inside connections and the years of experience from both sides of the counter.  Cashing in on a 10-1, 20-1 or even 40-1 horse is nothing new for this veteran gambler/handicapper.  

Last year the Kentucky Derby winner was Orb, but did you know that Orb also won the Florida Derby paying 7/1?  This is were Raphael's expertise comes in, because not only does he handicap the Kentucky Derby but he also handicaps and studies all the big prep races.
