We are just weeks away from the start of the 2023 NFL regular season, and I wanted to share some betting lines with you. Many of the futures bets that are available are going to last you the entire season.

Today's betting lines, though, are likely to be decided and paid out by the halfway point in the year. We have betting odds and predictions for the last remaining undefeated NFL team in 2023, along with a list of wagers available on the last remaining winless team.

So, how do we tackle this? Firstly, a team's early season schedule is of the utmost importancce. Week One could throw us off if the Detroit Lions defeat the Kansas City Chiefs, but I believe we can bank on Andy Reid having the boys ready for that one.

Those two teams are the respective betting favorites for today's odds, but there is value to be had all over the board. Let's check the lines for the last remaining undefeated and winless NFL teams in 2023.

Last Remaining Undefeated NFL Team

Kansas City Chiefs: +750

Cincinnati Bengals: +800

San Franciso 49ers: +1000

Philadelphia Eagles: +1000

Buffalo Bills: +1000

Baltimore Ravens: +1200

Dallas Cowboys: +1200

Los Angeles Chargers: +1400

Cleveland Browns: +1600

KC may be the pick, but let's work backwards and circle the wagon if needed. As you can see, there are much higher payouts.

The Cincinnati Bengals have a difficult first five weeks, traveling to New York to play Aaron Rodgers and the new-look Jets, along with plane rides to Baltimore and Dallas. Their home games aren't projected to be easy, either, as they host the Pittsburgh Steelers and the Miami Dolphins.

Joe Burrow is still nursing injuries as well. We are fading the Bengals early this season.

The first six games for the San Francisco 49ers don't appear to be challenging, but a week seven showdown at home versus the Chiefs will be interesting. If it comes down to these two, I like the home Niners to get the win.

Here are some more betting odds for you. I like this one! Bet the San Francisco 49ers to start the season 5-0 for a payout of (+475)! They travel to Chicago, Denver, and Carolina, while they will play host to Seattle Seahawks and the Los Angeles Rams.

These are all winnable games in which they should be at least 7-point favorites.

The Philadelphia Eagles have a very easy schedule this year, but they need to get past the Jacksonville Jaguars in the 4th week of the year.

We need to pick an NFC team, and it's between Philly and San Francisco. I am going with the Niners, though. Their first five games are easier than the first five for the Eagles.

This one is much more cut and dry than choosing the last remaining undefeated team.

It's clear the online sportsbooks don't want you to bet on the Arizona Cardinals. They are tanking, though. Arizona wants that first pick, and they want to trade it down to the 3rd selection so they can draft Marvin Harrison Jr.

The Cardinals do play some other bad teams like the Las Vegas Raiders, LA Rams, and the Panthers to open up the season. That scares me, but this team is bad. The word is out that they are not looking to win games in 2023.

Moving them to (+500) so far away from the rest of the pack lets us know the narrative. I don't always follow it because prop bets that follow a narrative can lack value. It's still 5 to 1, though. Let's not complicate it.

There you have it, folks. These are not easy plays. The difference between the two is that the last remaining undefeated team’s schedule is more important when placing a bet than the last remaining winless team’s schedule.

San Francisco and Philly each start the season softly. The Niners’ strength of schedule early on is just a bit more plush.
