Scucci: Best Weekend Ever For NCAA Basketball Tournament

If the opening round was any indication, betting on the NCAA Basketball Tournament is as popular as ever. According to Bob Scucci, Race & Sportsbook manager for the Stardust in Las Vegas, the handle for the opening round was equal to last year and the 2004 NCAA Basketball Tournament was the best ever at the Stardust, as well as many other sportsbooks across Nevada (no official records for tournament handle are kept by the Nevada Gaming Commission).
