Best Fantasy Football Picks: Robert Ferringo to Offer Top Fantasy Picks Weekly

I used to say that fantasy football was for wussies that didn't have the stones to bet on sports. But now, as daily fantasy sites like Draft Kings and Fan Duel have become more mainstream, fantasy football is the only way some people will consider betting on sports.

Fan Duel and Draft Kings have revolutionized the fantasy football industry. When these companies hit the scene in 2009 and 2012, respectively, they were novelties. Then in 2015, thanks to an overly aggressive marketing campaign, daily fantasy sports hit the mainstream. And since then daily fantasy sports have exploded, generating hundreds of millions of dollars in revenue for the companies while paying out even more than that to daily fantasy players.

The connections between standard sports wagering and daily fantasy sports are obvious. Both are forms of investing that require skill, knowledge, discipline and sound money management. Both are market-based and require the same foundation of solid gambling fundamentals. And both are potentially lucrative for intrepid players.

As a result, this year I will be offering fantasy football selections to my standard football service. This service will not cost anything and will be included with my weekly selections.
