Weekly Baseball Handicapping Article
This Saturday Doc's Sports will be releasing their MLB Game of the month which is now 25-7 over the past 6 years. This is our third week of our weekend baseball notes. If you followed our advice for the past 2 weeks you would have compiled a profitable 9-3 record.
Anaheim gets revenge on Baltimore - May 14,15,16
The O's hammered the Angels last year (8-1) but the Angels are currently playing well and on a 9-1 run in the last 10 games. Throw in the third highest Batting Average and the third lowest ERA in the American league and you have the obvious choice.
Baltimore starters have an ERA of over 6.00 on the year, their overworked bullpen has given up 13 runs in the last 3 games. Anaheim will go all the way in this series.
**Note** We will also take a serous look at the "over" in all three games. The "over" has been the correct play in 8 of the last 10 games these teams have played. Over - Over - Over.
Kansas City at Texas - May 18,19,20
It looks like three more loses for the Royals. As of this writing Kansas City is a pathetic 3-14 on the road, and going against a solid Rangers Team. Don't be afraid to lay the number here.
More "over" situations here, the Royals starters and relievers have ERA's on the road well over 6.00 and they've also scored over five runs per game this season. Both of these teams will do much scoring - so more of the same - over, over, over.
