2015 Arizona Cardinals Predictions: Season Win Totals Odds and Picks
by Robert Ferringo - 8/27/2015
Bruce Arians proved once again in 2014 that he is on the short list of the best coaches in football, coaxing an 11-win season out of a team that played four different guys at quarterback after losing starter Carson Palmer just six games into the year. Arians has now won double-digit games in three straight years with two different franchises and is a force to be reckoned with.
2015 St. Louis Rams Predictions: Season Win Totals Odds and Picks
by Robert Ferringo - 8/27/2015
The Rams haven't had a winning season since 2003 and have averaged 4.4 wins per season the last eight years. They are one of the worst organizations in the NFL and now have the negative karma of a potential move to Los Angeles hanging over their heads this season. Throw in an ultra-competitive NFC West schedule, and for the life of me I can't see anything but failure for this group in 2015.
2015 Washington Redskins Predictions: Season Win Totals Odds and Picks
by Robert Ferringo - 8/27/2015
Look, it is not as if I didn't predict that Robert Griffin III had major bust potential before he was even drafted. But his spectacular flame out in Washington continues to be one of the best comedic elements of the No Fun League. Griffin is a certified loser. And as long as he is at the controls this racist franchise will continue to receive its just desserts.
NFL Game of the Year Lines and Predictions
by George Monroy - 8/27/2015
The NFL schedule has been out for quite some time, and so have most of the lines-the summer can be a bit slow with only baseball to bet on, and the oddsmakers know that releasing NFL lines is the only thing that will keep bettors sane. Now that the season is quickly approaching, and gamblers can start wagering actual matchups, let's take a closer look at the Games of the Year lines and figure out which of the season's best games have the most value to bet on.
2015 NFC East Predictions with Betting Odds and Expert Picks
by Dave Schwab - 8/26/2015
For the last two NFL seasons I have been exclusively covering and handicapping the NFC East for Doc's Sports with my game previews and top pick for each week of the regular season. What I love about the NFC East is that is usually one of the most interesting divisions to cover in the league given the high-profile nature of the four major NFL markets each of the four teams represent.

Green Bay Packers Betting Odds: How The Jordy Nelson Injury Impacts Futures
by George Monroy - 8/25/2015
The Green Bay Packers' had a wrench thrown into their 2015 season when go-to wide receiver Jordy Nelson suffered an ACL tear early in the first quarter of the second preseason game of the year. Nelson, who has been quarterback Aaron Rodgers' favorite and most efficient target, is expect to miss the entire season, and the fallout from the injury caused the oddsmakers to bump the Packers from their position as favorites to win the Super Bowl.
Betting Odds and Free Picks 2015 NFL Player Props
by Dave Schwab - 8/25/2015
Betting on NFL team and player props can be an excellent way to draw some value out the prop bet odds that sportbooks release ahead of the start of a new season of football. Three of the most popular NFL player props to wager on before the regular season gets underway in early September are betting odds for the most passing yards, receiving yards and rushing yards.
2015 San Francisco 49ers Predictions: Season Win Totals Odds and Picks
by Robert Ferringo - 8/24/2015
The San Francisco 49ers had by far the worst offseason of any team in the NFL and, honestly, one of the worst offseasons of any team in recent memory. They ran their outstanding coach - and his excellent assistants -- out of town, and the front office oversaw a roster purge created by free agency, retirement, arrests and suspensions. It was a complete debacle, and the only question that remains is if the Niners have hit rock bottom yet.
2015 New York Jets Predictions: Season Win Totals Odds and Picks
by Robert Ferringo - 8/24/2015
Armed with a Top 10 defense, a powerful running game, and some improved skill position players, one team in the AFC East seemed poised to claim the role of sleeper in the division race. No, it wasn't the Buffalo Bills. The Jets, a team that has actually made the playoffs this century, looked like they might have some gambling value this year.
2015 Oakland Raiders Predictions: Season Win Totals Odds and Picks
by Robert Ferringo - 8/24/2015
For the first time in this century I can say that the Raiders are heading in the right direction. With their coach and quarterback firmly in place, Oakland is building a foundation that might have them legitimately competitive within the next few seasons.
2015 Denver Broncos Predictions: Season Win Totals Odds and Picks
by Robert Ferringo - 8/24/2015
The offseason coaching shakeup in Denver was one of the most surprising and consequential maneuvers of the spring. The decision to axe John Fox in favor of Gary Kubiak wasn't all that surprising given the relationship between Kubiak and John Elway. But it was a little shocking that the club that was in the Super Bowl two short seasons ago wouldn't take one more shot at a title with the Fox-Peyton Manning duo.
2015 New England Patriots Predictions: Season Win Totals Odds and Picks
by Robert Ferringo - 8/24/2015
The defending Super Bowl champions have been embroiled in controversy this offseason - you may have heard about it - and head into the 2015 season under a veil of uncertainty. Will they have Tom Brady for 16 games? Maybe 12? Maybe 15? And while they wait for a decision in Brady's court trial, the Pats, and their backers, are stuck in limbo.
NFL/NCAA Football Combo Odds: Alabama vs. Denver Broncos
by Alan Matthews - 8/20/2015
Now that my daily NFL home/road split previews have concluded, I will spend the next week or so addressing some interesting 5Dimes props where the site pits a top college team against an NFL team in terms of wins for the 2015 season -- remember, NCAA teams are only regular-season wins, not conference title games or bowls.
Odds for the 2015 St. Louis Rams NFL Road Schedule
by Alan Matthews - 8/19/2015
I was one of those on the Rams' bandwagon last season as a potential wild-card team but jumped off immediately once Sam Bradford suffered (another) season-ending ACL injury in the preseason. The Rams don't have to worry about the brittle Bradford any longer as they dealt him to Philadelphia for Nick Foles. It's not like Foles has been a picture of health in his three-year career, however. But the Rams are all-in with him for now as they already have signed Foles to a two-year extension
2015 Minnesota Vikings Predictions: Season Win Totals Odds and Picks
by Robert Ferringo - 8/19/2015
Entering the 2014 season the St. Louis Rams appear to be Everyone's Sleeper Team in the NFC. Every pseudo-analyst and bobblehead in the country is pimping the Rams as a potential out-of-nowhere team with a realistic chance to make the playoffs. Well, they can keep the Rams; I'll take the Minnesota Vikings.
2015 Chicago Bears Predictions: Season Win Totals Odds and Picks
by Robert Ferringo - 8/19/2015
The Bears are looking to pick up the pieces after the failed Marc Trestman experiment the past two seasons. Trestman was a solid X's and O's coach. But he completely lost control of the locker room, and Chicago slid completely off the rails last season. John Fox was a great hire. And he brought in some of the top assistant coaches in the league, meaning that the Bears are back on the right track.
2015 NFL Betting Advice: Seattle Seahawks ATS Cheat Sheet
by George Monroy - 8/19/2015
Pete Carroll and the Seattle Seahawks have been nothing short of a juggernaut over the last few seasons, where they have three straight postseason appearances, consecutive Super Bowl berths and one championship win during that span. Management has been able to lock up most of the principle players to long-term contracts, and heading into the 2015 season the Seahawks are once again the Super Bowl favorite in the minds of the oddsmakers.
Odds for the 2015 Oakland Raiders NFL Road Schedule
by Alan Matthews - 8/18/2015
If I'm a Raiders fan, I'm pretty excited about where this franchise is going. Well, that is unless I live in Oakland because there's just about no chance that the Raiders will be there next season. The team is going to end up in Los Angeles but perhaps could play a couple of seasons in San Antonio until a new stadium is built in L.A.
2015 Philadelphia Eagles Predictions: Season Win Totals Odds and Picks
by Robert Ferringo - 8/18/2015
Outside of San Francisco, the Philadelphia Eagles had the wildest, most bizarre, most active offseason in the NFL. Chip Kelly has been criticized for everything from being a racist to being a madman, while also being hailed as some kind of mad scientist genius. Like it or not, he is the one responsible for this team, and he'll be the one to answer for their success or failure.
