Free NBA Picks Milwaukee Bucks: Season-Long Handicapping and Specialization 11/9/2022
by Spencer Toth - 11/9/2022
On Monday the Bucks took their first loss of the season, getting blown out by the Hawks, who were missing Trae Young, by a score of 117-98. Dejounte Murray led the way, putting up 25 points, while role player AJ Griffin dropped 24, going 10/16 from the floor. From a betting perspective, we went 1-1. We correctly picked the Hawks would pick up the win in the +130 underdog role, calling the Bucks first loss of the season. Unfortunately, Brook Lopez was unable to grab enough boards, costing us an impressive perfect night.
NBA Betting Advice: Hot and Cold Teams Against the Spread
by Spencer Toth - 11/8/2022
The Milwaukee Bucks are 9-1 to start the year and 8-2 ATS. Despite missing star point guard Khris Middleton, the Bucks sit atop the Eastern Conference standings. Thirty-two-year-old Jrue Holiday has stepped up in his absence, posting career bests in 3-pointers (2.4), rebounds (5.7), and assists (7.9). Thanks to the leaps Holiday has taken, and the phenomenal play from Giannis Antetokounmpo, the Bucks are easily one of the title favorites. Until the bookies start showing them more respect, they will continue to cover the short spreads on offer.
Free NBA Picks Milwaukee Bucks: Season-Long Handicapping and Specialization 11/7/2022
by Spencer Toth - 11/7/2022
The Hawks have gotten off to a solid start to the season, posting a 6-3 record, good enough for joint 3rd place in the East. The Hawks went all in this season and finally got Trae Young a second star in the form of Dejounte Murray from the Spurs. Murray’s addition has taken some of the pressure off Young and has allowed the Hawks to have a much more fluid, balanced offensive attack. This was most recently demonstrated against the Pelicans on Saturday night, as the Hawks pulled out a gritty overtime win in front of the Atlanta faithful.
Free NBA Picks Milwaukee Bucks: Season-Long Handicapping and Specialization 11/4/2022
by Spencer Toth - 11/4/2022
On Wednesday night, the Bucks beat the Pistons 116-91, easily cashing our top bet of the day, Bucks (-11.5). Unfortunately, due to the lopsided nature of the contest, Giannis Antetokounmpo got pulled with 8 minutes to go, at 32 points, when we needed over 32.5. Beats like that hurt, but money was still made thanks to the Bucks cover.
Free NBA Picks Milwaukee Bucks: Season-Long Handicapping and Specialization 11/2/2022
by Spencer Toth - 11/2/2022
The Bucks improved to 6-0 on Monday night, taking down the Pistons, 110-108. The teams are running it back as Detroit stays in Milwaukee to see if tonight’s matchup can go their way. The Bucks entered the 4th quarter with an 11-point lead and appeared to be en route to a comfortable win. However, the Pistons made it close, covering the 13-point spread with ease. The Bucks were led by 24 points from Brook Lopez, 25 from Jrue Holiday, and 31 from Giannis Antetokounmpo. The scoring for the Pistons was much more spread out, with six players finishing in double digits, including 27 from Cade Cunningham.

Free NBA Picks Milwaukee Bucks: Season-Long Handicapping and Specialization 10/28/2022
by Spencer Toth - 10/28/2022
The Bucks improved to 3-0 on Wednesday night, taking down the Brooklyn Nets, 110-99. Giannis Antetokounmpo put up a game high 43 points, going 16/25 from the field. He continues to show he is one of the best in the NBA. And as long as he plays at this level, the Bucks will be a tough out every single night. Joining in on the defensive end was Brook Lopez, posting 6 blocks, improving his record to 11 blocks in the last 2 games. They remain the only undefeated team in the league. And once Khris Middleton returns, will transform into an unstoppable force.

2022-23 Dallas Mavericks Predictions and Futures Odds Picks
by Spencer Toth - 10/4/2022
The Dallas Mavericks have moved on nicely from the Dirk Nowitzki era by making the Western Conference Finals last season for the first time since they won the championship in 2011. Led by MVP favorite Luka Doncic, the Mavericks appear poised to repeat that success, with their eyes set one step further, on the NBA crown.
2022 NBA Finals Betting Predictions
by Sean Barnard - 5/31/2022
The NBA Finals matchup has been decided following the Celtics' thrilling victory over the Miami Heat. Boston will face off against the Golden State Warriors, who are in their sixth NBA Finals in the past eight seasons. It will be an interesting matchup as teams have contrasting styles of play. The Celtics are rooted in their defensive identity but have not been tested in the way the Warriors’ offensive firepower will bring on.
Western Conference Finals: Warriors vs Mavs Series Odds and Expert Betting Predictions
by Sean Barnard - 5/17/2022
In a somewhat surprising matchup, the Golden State Warriors are set to face off against the Dallas Mavericks in the Western Conference Finals. The Warriors, who have won three championships in the past seven years, are no strangers to this elite level of basketball. They are listed as -225 favorites in the series and are 5-point favorites in the opening matchup. On the other hand, the Mavericks have not made it to the conference finals since the 2010-11 season, when they won the championship behind Dirk Nowitzki’s heroic effort.
Early Value in 2022 NBA Finals MVP Odds
by Sean Barnard - 4/27/2022
The NBA Playoffs are in full swing, with teams beginning to be sent home for the offseason. There is still plenty of time to cash in on potential profits with many future bets still holding value. There is a clearer picture of matchups and schedules of the remaining teams, so capitalizing on future bets for the remainder of the postseason is a sound plan. One prop bet that often does not get enough attention is the Finals MVP.¬

Big NBA Profits for Scott Spreitzer Harken Back to Epic Season Long Ago
by Scott Spreitzer - 3/29/2022
It has been a terrific season in the NBA, as I have gone 77-49, 62% ATS since late October and am up $10,740 as I write this article on March 28, 2022. I’ll get to some adjustments and changes I made before this season began later in the article.

Biggest Comebacks in NBA History
by Mike Pruitt - 10/25/2021
Basketball is a game of runs. Anyone who has watched more than 10 NBA games in their lifetime knows this. Uncle Mo’ is always present in life and in sports, but he has a stronger influence in basketball than any other sport I can think of.
NBA Commissioner Weighs In on Legal US Sports Betting
by Dave Schwab - 6/1/2021
Adam Silver has been the commissioner of the National Basketball Association (NBA) since 2014 when he assumed that role from long-time mentor David Stern. During his seven-year tenure, he has been viewed as one of the more progressive leaders of a major professional US sports league.
Los Angeles Lakers vs Phoenix Suns NBA Playoff Series Predictions and Odds
by Chris Vasile - 5/22/2021
Out of all the Western Conference matchups, this series gets my vote for being one of the most-watched and entertaining series of the first round. In one corner, you have the No. 2 seed Suns, who finished with the second-best record in the NBA and who have improved by a whopping 17 games from last year’s 34-39 record. In the other corner, you have the infamous Los Angeles Lakers, who simply need no introduction. The Lakers are the defending champions, but they had a below-average season for their lofty standards despite finishing 12 games over .500.
Boston Celtics vs Brooklyn Nets NBA Playoff Series Predictions and Odds
by Chris Vasile - 5/21/2021
There are a handful of first-round playoff matches that intrigue me. For example, every single Western Conference matchup has must-see TV written all over it. In the east, while there are intriguing matchups and some personal beef between players (read: Joel Embiid vs Russell Westbrook), I think the Brooklyn/Boston series is “the” must-watch series of the first round.
