The second Atlantic Division matchup is going to be the most entertaining series in the Eastern Conference as the Lightning and Panthers will square off in the Battle for Florida. Tampa Bay finally pulled ahead of Florida in the standings, late in the season, but these two teams are pretty even. They split the regular season series 2-2 with the Lightning posting a +5-goal differential in the series. Tampa Bay will look to dethrone the defending champions here in the first round of the playoffs.

Ottawa has dominated the Toronto Maple Leafs this season, going 3-0 and winning two of them in Toronto’s barn.

St. Louis Blues vs. Winnipeg Jets Series Predictions and Best Bets

This year’s Presidents Trophy Winner will clash with their division foe St. Louis Blues here in the first round of the playoffs. Winnipeg narrowly beat out the Washington Capitals for the top spot in the league’s standings and they have had control of the Western Conference’s top seed for quite some time. The road team had more success in the regular season series between the Jets and the Blues with the Jets winning the series 3-1 with a +1-goal differential.
Edmonton Oilers vs Los Angeles Kings Series Predictions and Best Bets

For the fourth consecutive season, the Los Angeles Kings will be taking on the Edmonton Oilers in the First-Round of the playoffs. The Oilers have won each of the previous three postseason series between these two and will look to make it four in a row this season. The Kings dominated the regular season series against the Oilers as they went 3-1 with a +8-goal differential while also shutting Edmonton out twice.
