2024 LIV Golf Picks: LIV Golf Tour Jeddah Odds and Expert Betting Predictions
LIV Golf heads to Saudi Arabia for the league’s third event of the 2024 season in LIV Jeddah. We will look to pick a winner in three straight tournaments, as we have nailed the first two events. We took Joaquin Niemann in the LIV season opener in Mexico, and Dustin Johnson did not let us down in the bright lights of Vegas. There are a few storylines that take precedence this week as Brooks Koepka will look to three-peat this event and one-time golf prodigy Anthony Kim returns to professional golf for the first time in 11 years for this week’s LIV tourney. Doc’s Sports will break down some of the best bets below for LIV’s third journey of the year.

Course Characteristics of Those Who Can Win or Secure Winning Golf Bets
Royal Greens Golf and Country Club was designed by David Sampson and the European Golf Design. The layout features Paspalum Dynasty grass and is surrounded by the Red Sea. There are many bunkers and water hazards, which creates a ton of risk and reward type shots. This week, the course will play as a par 70 and measures in at 7,048 yards.
Dustin Johnson +800
Right back to the well at a course DJ has just dominated throughout his playing career. Johnson’s off to a fantastic start to the 2024 season, finishing T5 in Mayakoba and following that up with a victory at LIV Golf Las Vegas. Now he heads to Royal Greens, where he has never finished worse than sixth in any competition, including two victories and one runner-up. Johnson wound up finishing fifth in the player standings in 2023 and his stelar start has him at the top of the standings to start this year. There are no reasons DJ lets off the gas this weekend.
Sergio Garcia +2000
Garcia heads into the Jeddah event looking for his first career LIV victory. He came close in a playoff loss to Niemann in Mexico this year and lost a heart-breaker in a playoff loss in Singapore last season to Talor Gooch. Sergio has had a ton of success at this course in the past. He has finished T3 at this event in each of the past two LIV seasons. He has also found success at the Saudi International which is played at Jeddah. He posted a T6 in 2020, T12 in 2021, and top-30 finishes in 2022 and 2023. With a few bad bounces (literally) in his two LIV playoff losses, he looks ready to finally stand victorious.
Patrick Reed +4100
There is some value on Reed’s 41-1 price tag this week at Jeddah. He has not registered a victory on the LIV Tour yet but posted five top-5 finishes last season and finished T4 at the Masters. Reed is a major champion and nine-time winner on the PGA Tour. His current drought is the longest of his professional career and he had some uninspired moments in Mexico and Vegas to start the 2024 season. He has shot a 66 and a 64 in two of his six rounds, which shows me he is closer to form than his leaderboard results. If he can string together two low rounds this weekend, he will have a chance to contend.
