NFL Week 1 lines and odds are the centerpiece of the full season. They are the beginning of the long journey to the Super Bowl.

On Thursday night, two of the favorites to make it in the Super Bowl will meet. The Buffalo Bills have a 2.5-point road edge against the Los Angeles Rams on DraftKings. The money line odds are set that -145. The DraftKings’ total line is listed at 52 points.

There are four division matchups set as 1 p.m. (ET) starts on Sunday. Over in a NFC South, the New Orleans Saints are 5.5-point favorites across the board in their road game against the Atlanta Falcons. FanDuel has a lowest money line as -213. The total is set at 42.5 points.

The AFC has three division games in the early showing, featuring the New England Patriots going down south to take on the Miami Dolphins. The BetMGM point spread is three, with the Dolphins holding the lead as home favorites. The money line is -154 odds, and the total line is 45.5 points.

The Indianapolis Colts and the Houston Texans do battle in the AFC South. The Colts are -8.5 road favorites, and the money line odds are -385 at Caesars Sportsbook. The total line dips to 44 points at Caesars.

The final division matchup of the early Sunday games would be the Pittsburgh Steelers going on the road to face off against the Cincinnati Bengals. PointsBet’s has made the Bengals as 6.5-point home favorites, and the money line is -278 odds. The total in the game is set at 44.5 points in all major US sportsbooks.

The late Sunday games highlight is the AFC’s Kansas City Chiefs tangled up against the NFC’s Arizona Cardinals.  The Chiefs are 3.5-point road favorites, and the money line goes from -179 odds on the low side to -192 odds at PointsBet. The interesting side of the total laid out as 53.5 points is whether to go OVER the line or stay UNDER.

The Sunday night game has the Tampa Bay Buccaneers going on the road as 1.5-point favorites to face the Dallas Cowboys. The Buccaneers are -130 odds in the contest and 49.5 points on the total line is supplied by BetRivers. Tampa Bay beat Dallas at home (31-29) in Week 1 of 2021.

The Denver Broncos and the Seattle Seahawks close Week 1 in a Monday Night Football matchup. The Broncos as 6.5-point road favorites. The money line odds are -250 on the low end (BetMGM and PointsBet). The higher odds are -263 at Caesars and BetRivers.

The total for an AFC West matchup ranges from 41.5 points at BetMGM to 42.5 at FanDuel. Both the Broncos and Seahawks will try and a get a lid this for scoring in this one.
