The NBA will have six games on the Thursday slate featuring an exciting matchup between the Jazz vs. the Nuggets. The Raptors will look to extend their win streak to nine games against the Cavs, while the Clippers return to action at home against the Kings after a long break. Here are the early leans for the six-game slate on Thursday.

Raptors vs. Cavaliers 1/30/20 (+10, 220.5)

The Raptors are 9-1 in their last 10 games and have won eight straight after dominating the Hawks at home, 130-114. Currently, the Cavaliers are the worst team in the NBA and have lost eight of their last 10 games. They've been getting blown out by bad teams and haven't even faced a great team like the Raptors in quite some time. The Raptors have been scoring extremely well as of late, while the Cavs couldn't even shut down the Knicks a week ago. The Raptors might be banged up with some injuries, but that won't scare me. Buy into the Raptors winning streak and continue to benefit.

Hornets vs. Wizards 1/30/20 (-3.5, 227.5 )

Which direction to you side with here? The Hornets just defeated the Knicks, ending a long losing streak, while the Wizards have lost back-to-back games after allowing 151.5 points per game. My main reason to take the Wizards is that the Hornets average 103.1 points per game, while the Wizards average 115.6. The Hornets will not be able to outscore the Wizards on the road, and for that reason, the Wizards get my vote against the spread at home.

76ers vs. Hawks 1/30/20 (+8, 227.5)

The 76ers have won seven of their last 10 games and just won an 11-point game over the Warriors at home. The 76ers aren't known for their road play, but the Hawks aren't known for much of anything other than Trae Young being good at basketball. The 76ers will have a field day against the Hawks, score at will, and defend well enough to win this game by double digits.

Warriors vs. Celtics 1/30/20 (TBD, TBD)

Jayson Tatum has been ruled out along with Enes Kanter. But, thankfully, the Celtics play a Warriors team that has lost nine of their last 10 games. The Celtics were on the road for three straight games and will be happy to come back home, where they've won two straight against quality opponents like the Grizzlies and Lakers.

Key trends: Celtics are 4-1 ATS in their last 5 after allowing 100 points or more in their previous game.

Early lean:

Jazz vs. Nuggets 1/30/20 (-1.5, 215.5)

Both of these teams have really turned it on in January. The Jazz will play the Spurs on the first night of the back-to-back, while Denver will get an extra day of rest at home. This game figures to be a close matchup with even averages for the most part. Denver will be less tired and at home. The safe bet is to take the Nuggets. Denver should be happy to be home after playing four of their last five away.

Kings vs. Clippers 1/30/20 (-7.5, 226)

No Paul George, no Patrick Beverley, no problem. The Lakers and the Clippers game was suspended after it was originally scheduled for Tuesday. The Clippers got a long break and will now play home against a Kings team that has been really bad. Although they've won two straight, don't be fooled. The Kings should've never beat the Timberwolves. The Clippers will come together and win for LA and California. The whole state is grieving Bryant's loss, even Clippers fans.
