Dez Bryant to the New England Patriots? Bet on It!
The NFL Draft is less than 10 days away, but right now the NFL talk is still about where former Dallas Cowboys WR Dez Bryant will play next year. Oddsmakers are split on where Bryant will suit up this upcoming football season as Bovada released its odds, and they have Baltimore Ravens (3-1) as the favorite. However, MyBookie has the Houston Texans as the favorite at +280.
MyBookie sportsbook went even further when they released an additional three more Bryant and Dallas Cowboys betting propositions! You figure with the Cowboys releasing Bryant that they would look for a wide receiver in the upcoming NFL Draft. And with all experts agreeing with that, this is why MyBookie added some great NFL Draft props to this Bryant storyline.
Some experts believe that Bryant has lost a step in his position, and if you look at his recent stats it really doesn't shock me to see the Cowboys release him. Bryant had only 150 receptions the last three seasons and had no more than 900 yards during that time while scoring just 17 touchdowns. In the three seasons before that he averaged more than 90 receptions for more than 1,300 yards with 14 touchdowns.
I still believe Bryant has gas in his gas tank, and this coming season we should see him on a mission to show the Dallas Cowboys and the rest of the NFL that it was a mistake to pass or forget about him.
Here are the odds from MyBookie, and I also threw in some free predictions on these Dez Bryant betting props.
NFL Team Dez Bryant Will Sign With: 2018-19 Season Week #1
Houston Texans +280
Green Bay Packers +400
San Francisco 49ers +700
New England Patriots +700
Washington Redskins +600
Miami Dolphins 10-1
Oakland Raiders 12-1
Baltimore Ravens +580
Seattle Seahawks 10-1
Arizona Cardinals 12-1
Jacksonville Jaguars 15-1
New York Giants 20-1
Carolina Panthers 20-1
Philadelphia Eagles 20-1
Denver Broncos 12-1
Buffalo Bills +700
Any Other Team +300
Dez Bryant could stay in the Longhorn State (Houston Texas) for a team that
needs a wide receiver and has the cap space, and also keep on eye out for
Green Bay +400 and long shot Oakland Raiders 12-1.
Dez Bryant Re-Signs With Dallas Cowboys by Week #1?
Yes 20-1
Dallas Cowboys to Draft a Wide Receiver in 1st Round of 2018 NFL Draft
Yes -250
No +175
Either the Dallas Cowboys will take SMU's Courtland Sutton or Alabama's
Calvin Ridley, but as you can tell my pick for this is 'Yes' the Boys take
a Wide Receiver in the first round. Grab the -250 quickly because this
number will move to around -350 or higher.
Dallas Cowboys Trade Up in 1st Round of 2018 NFL Draft
Yes -150
No +110
I don't see the Dallas Cowboys moving up the draft to get a wide receiver. I'm a bit shocked that you can get +110 on the 'No,' but crazier things have happened in every Draft night. Take the 'No' at plus money and roll the dice!!
