From Tony George: Hello to Doc's Sports

A quick welcome to all the valued Doc's Sports clients as I am honored to now be a part of the stable of talented and professional handicappers that reside here. I am sure some of you have heard of me, and some of you may have not. Just a quick introduction and a few notes that may interest you.

This is my 25th year in the handicapping industry. I have amassed more than 70 Top 10 awards over the years and most recently in 2015 and 2016 won back-to-back No. 1 rankings in the NFL at a respected site I was on (64 percent both years), and that was out of more than 30 handicappers. On my own site previous to coming here, I was ranked in the Top 17 out of more than 90 cappers over my 900+ plays and was ranked in the Top 3 in the NFL in the last two years on that site's ranking system.

My history with Doc's Sports starts with Morey, the one and only "Doc" whom I had known for over 20+ years as a friend, and he was my first guest ever on my radio show back in the late 1990s. I have known Wade, his son, who has expertly and professionally taken the reigns here at Doc's Sports for over 10+ years. This merger was long overdue and has been in the making for more than five years in terms of discussions, and now it has all come to fruition. I am excited with this opportunity to serve you, and bear in mind no one is given a spot as a handicapper at Doc's Sports, they are earned through results, integrity and reputation.

That said, I have a National Radio Show on SB Nation Radio August through January (The Tony George Show) and have for the past five years, and Sirius Channel 93 carries it as well. It's the only handicapping show on mainstream national radio show on the weekends. HERE IS THE GOOD NEWS - You can hear it here on Doc's Sports BEFORE it airs, commercial free on late Friday. We will also have various Doc's Sports handicappers on the show every week.

My plays will be offered with the second half of MLB, and I ended the first half of bases up units for the year and on a 16-6 run.
