Baltimore is the place to be this weekend because Saturday is the Preakness Stakes at Pimilco Racetrack and live on Sunday at Royal Farms Arena is WWE PPV
Payback. After an unbelievable WrestleMania and a surprising Extreme Rules Sunday, this PPV card should create some great matches and hopefully finish off
some storylines. And overall some of these matches have outstanding betting value. Our friends over 5Dimes were the first to post odds for this big WWE PPV event, and boy does this card
have some easy predictable winners. However, there are a couple of matches that have some interesting plus-money odds attached.
My WWE betting predictions have been profitable, and at WrestleMania I cashed 5 out of 8 matches with a plus-money winner on Randy Orton. In my last four
WWE PPV I am 19-6, and if you are going to place some cash on these matches I highly recommend betting them early because these numbers move quickly
because of low limits. This is not a WWE prime PPV event, but again these PPV can provide some good betting opportunities, and if you can get a good number
early you can make some Sunday evening quick cash.
Here are the odds and my betting predictions - Odds Provided by 5Dimes
WWE United States Championship
John Cena -900
Rusev +500
Prediction: I'm starting with this match, and I can't wait for this feud to be over. John Cena should and will win this match because I don't see him
losing the United States Championship belt on a weaker PPV event. The only thing that gets me excited for this match is that I'm hearing Lana will turn
heel on Rusev, and she will get a major push on future house shows at PPV. My prediction is John Cena, but betting -900 has absolutely no value.
Ryback +125
Bray Wyatt -165
Prediction: So they are calling Bray Wyatt the new face of fear, but for the last year and a half Wyatt has lost some high-profile matches to Cena and the
Undertaker. Wyatt on the mic is brilliant, and if they want to carry his new theme then I see Wyatt winning this match. I'm getting bored with this Ryback
character, and WWE has more options with Wyatt then Ryback. Prediction is Wyatt, and I would grab this number quickly because I see this number over -300
by Sunday morning.
Sheamus -275
DolphZiggler +145
Prediction: Another rematch from Extreme Rules, and this match should be fun to watch. Again, I have always said DolphZiggler is the most underrated
wrestler on the roster, and I wish they would give him a big push but they never do. Sheamus has too much power, and his heel turn really gets under the
skin of the crowd, so with a vacant IC belt because of Daniel Bryan's injury I see Sheamus winning Sunday night. However, both wrestlers will have a chance
for the IC title belt. Prediction is Sheamus, and here is another match to hurry up and bet because this number is moving as I type.
King Barrett -120
Neville -120
Prediction: This match was made because Daniel Bryan had to pull out because of an injury. But, REALLY, getting King Bad News Barrett at -120? Outstanding
value here. Neville is the future of the WWE and new generation of wrestler. But kid, you have to take your bumps and bruises before you get PPV wins. I
know the crowd and the suits in the back love Neville, but King Barrett wins this match.
WWE Tag Team Championship
The New Day -400
Tyson Kidd & Cesaro +280
Prediction: Granted the Tag Team Champs bother the crap out of me, but this Tag Team match will be the best match. The New Day is the champs, and the crowd
hates them with a passion. However, that feeds them in the ring, and they play the heel brilliantly. With the New Day having huge crowd pops I can't see
the suits in the back taking away their belts, and easily my prediction is the New Day.
WWE World Heavyweight Championship - Fatal 4-Way
Seth Rollins -1300
Roman Reigns 7-1
Randy Orton 10-1
Dean Ambrose 12-1
Prediction: A couple years ago this would be the Shield against Randy Orton, but it's 2015 and Seth Rollins is still the champ. I'm bored with these four
wrestlers battling each other, and I can't wait for Brock Lesner to come back. This Fatal 4-Way has the making of the worst match of the night because
there is no chance that Rollins will lose the belt. Easy prediction as Seth Rollins should be around -3000 to win this Heavyweight Championship match.
