This team is the best program in the MAC. They have won the MAC title in three of the last four years and have made it to the title game five straight times. It is going to be hard for this team to make it to the championship game again this year. But it is tough to bet against them.
Northern Illinois has gone 57-13 over the last five years. That is an average record of 11-3. As a result I think that they can get nine or more wins again this year.
