Miami could have a freshmen starting at quarterback. There are a lot of experienced juniors and seniors at quarterback in this league this year. That inexperience from the frosh puts this team at a big disadvantage. They also have to replace a bunch of other starters on the offensive line and could be starting two freshmen there as well.
Miami's defense was better than the numbers showed at the end of the season. The offense did not help out the defense at all. And the defense allowed only four teams to score over 40 points. That is good considering how many high-scoring offenses there are in this league.
I would recommend to play Miami 'under' their season win total. They could have a really hard time matching last year's two wins. The Redhawks have won over four games just one time since 2008. They haven't done it since 2010. They are just 10-38 during that time for an average of 2.5 wins. They won't top three wins this year.
