The MLB regular season heads into the final week of July with the official push to the postseason in full gear. To get you ready for another round of MLB betting action for Monday night's series openers, My Bookie has released a number of team prop odds in conjunction with the games. After digging deep into all the MLB betting odds for these team props, I have uncovered a trio picks for total runs that stand out as having the best value on the board.

Total New York Yankees Runs: 4.5 (-105 Over & -125 Under)

The Yankees are starting to take control of the AL East Division race with an 8-2 record in their last 10 games that has helped to extend their lead over Toronto to 6.5 games heading into this week's road series against Texas. During this recent run, New York's lineup has picked up the pace with a total of 29 runs in its last five games. This past weekend it outscored Minnesota on the road 15-7 in the final two games of that series.

The Rangers will go with Matt Harrison as their starter for Monday night. The left-hander came off the DL earlier this month and was bounced around pretty good in his first start against Arizona in which he allowed six earned runs on six hits in just four innings of work. He looked much better last week against Colorado in six full innings. He is still on a pitch limit, so an early night could test a Texas pitching staff that is ranked 14^th in the American League with a team ERA of 4.38. Take the "over" on New York's total runs in this team prop.

Total San Francisco Giants Runs: 4.0 (-115 Over & -115 Under)

The Giants have gotten hot again with 11 wins in their last 12 games. During this run, which includes a current five-game winning streak, they have averaged 6.3 runs a game. They are now ranked second in the National League in scoring with a total of 426 runs through 98 games. This Monday night San Francisco will kick off a three-game series at home against Milwaukee.

The Brewers will try and gain the early edge with Kyle Lohse on the mound, but he could be in for a long night against a hot Giants' lineup. The right-hander has now allowed at least four earned runs in seven of his last 10 starts, and in his last outing against Cleveland he gave up five earned runs on 10 hits in just five innings pitched. This adds up to another big night on the scoreboard for the Giants at AT&T Park as well as a play on the over in this MLB team prop.

Total Cleveland Indians Runs: 3.5 (-105 Over & -125 Under)

The Indians have officially sunk to the bottom of the AL Central following four straight losses to the Chicago White Sox this past weekend in which they scored a grand total of just five runs. Cleveland has now lost eight of its last 11 games, and during this slide it has only scored four or more runs in four of those games. On the year, this lineup is ranked 12^th in the AL in scoring with an average of 3.9 runs a game.

This Monday night the Indians will be up against Edinson Volquez and the Kansas City Royals in Game 1 of a three-game series at home. The right-hander comes into this game with an overall ERA of 3.15 through 20 previous starts. He has been throwing some of his best stuff this year with a total of just five earned runs allowed in his last four starts. In his last start against his old team, the Pittsburgh Pirates, Volquez went 7 2/3 innings and held the Pirates to one earned run on eight hits. His current form along with Cleveland's quiet bats tips the scales to a play on the "under" in this team prop.
