The Louisiana Monroe Warhawks will have a hard time moving to 3-0 for the first time in over 10 years as they will have to take on the #10 LSU Tigers on Saturday night.

Louisiana Monroe were able to score a touchdown with just nine seconds remaining in their game against Idaho on Saturday to pull off a 38-21 win. ULM had 534 total yards in their win and were able to force three Idaho turnovers. The Warhawks have averaged 286.5 passing yards per game, which is currently 39th-best in the nation.

Louisiana Monroe's top offensive performer so far this year has been running back Centarius Donald, who has rushing 228 yards and three touchdowns on 36 carries. Wide receiver Ajalen Holley has caught two passes in his team's two games for 187 yards and one score.

LSU were up 35-0 in the first half of their game against Sam Houston State over the weekend and cruised to a 56-0 win. LSU rushed for 334 yards in the win, while their defense was able to hold Sam Houston State to just 206 total yards. The Tigers' defense has given up just 12 points per game this season, which ranks them 17th in the country.

LSU quarterback Anthony Jennings has passed for 427 yards with five touchdowns and no interceptions this season. Receiver Travin Dural has only caught six passes, but he already has 291 yards and four touchdowns.
